Shipping packages are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received it can take 2-8 business days to be delivered.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Blossom Three Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Refunds/Exchanges
To ensure we take all the precautions necessary to keep our customers and family safe, Blossom Three Boutique is currently not accepting ANY refunds or exchanges until further notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. . (DISCLAIMER Can take 24-72 business hours for claim to be processed.)
Sales Tax
Blossom Three Boutique honors each state’s guidelines concerning sales and use tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment. As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on your total merchandise value. Additionally, order totals at checkout reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your payment method will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated once your order is shipped.
